These replacement parts can be purchase from our website at https://www.limitedresources.us/store/c9/parts.html If the product is defective, can i return it? Canada and USA If our product is defective when delivered we will send out replacement part, or customer can return box and we will replace box with a new box at no charge to the customer. Customer is responsible for return shipping charges. If I want to return my box, how do I give it back and is there a charge? 30% to 50% re-stocking charge within 30 days of customer received the item. What is the re-stocking charge after 30 days time is up? Refund is Pro-Rate over 365 days, the longer a customer keeps the box the less money is refunded. Example the customer decides to return box after 6 months, we will refund 50% of the original purchase price. |
