Coin Acceptor Part
There my be instances when a customer put in a coin it never is returned. This is called a coin jam. The other situation is when a customer inserts a coin it is rejected and appears in the lower coin slot.
Step 1 - Tools needed
3/8 socket to remove 4 bolts
needle noise pliers
needle noise pliers
Step 2 - Remove Defective Coin Acceptor
Unscrew all 4 nuts from bolts which are holding the coin acceptor into the coin box front metal door.
Remove the green ground wire which attaches the main boxes to the front door.
Re-attached wiring harness to con acceptor.
Remove the green ground wire which attaches the main boxes to the front door.
Re-attached wiring harness to con acceptor.
Step 3 - Install New Coin Acceptor
Screw all 4 nuts from bolts which are holding the coin acceptor into the coin box front metal door.
Re-attached wiring harness to con acceptor.
Re-attached green ground wire which attaches the main boxes to the front door.
Re-attached wiring harness to con acceptor.
Re-attached green ground wire which attaches the main boxes to the front door.
