After this unfortunate event our customer switched over to an iPhone mobile payment software application which can be downloaded, and put up a sign informing fellow renters that there would be no incentive to break into the boxes because all the money would now be going through a credit card system. The pay box timer does not require internet access and there is no monthly fee, the only requirement to run the mobile app is that the tenant must have a data plan from their cell phone provider.
